Step two: We’ll be in touch

We’ll be in touch to book in a time that suits you for your free consultation. The consultation is normally completed in-person in the Studio and takes approximately 45 minutes.
However, if completely necessary we can complete this step via Video-Call.

Step three: Consultation

The consultation doesn’t involve any training or exercising. We want to get to know you better as an individual.

We’ll dive deeper into your training history, your experience, your goals and more. From this information, we’ll be able to establish if we can help you and we’ll advise you on what package would be best for you and your goals.

Step four: Start your UPLIFT journey

Once we’ve found the best plan for you, we’ll help you get signed up to our training app and show you how to book in for your first session. We’ll take you through everything step by step so that you aren’t left confused and annoyed by the process.

It’s important to us that you feel comfortable starting your journey. It can be daunting signing up to something new and we want to make you feel at home here at UPLIFT.
