The problem with large group sessions (8+ people to one coach), is that you do not receive the coaching attention that is needed. You can feel like you’re getting lost in the crowd and sometimes you’re not sure if you’re doing things correctly or not. This is why we limit our strength training sessions to 4 and our conditioning sessions to 6 people. It’s important to us that you have clarity and certainty that what you’re doing is correct for you.
