Unlike other training formats, these sessions provide 100% dedicated attention from a coach throughout, allowing for a customized program based solely on individual requirements. If you have very specific requirements, or you prefer training in a one-to-one environment instead of in a small group then we recommend this option.
Additionally, personal training's benefits extend beyond solo sessions. The one-to-two option is an excellent avenue for partners or friends venturing on fitness journeys together. By holding each other accountable and pushing each other to excel, workout partners can achieve their goals more effectively. However, it must be said that for 90% of people (or more) the Semi-Personal Training option will be the best. You receive all the attention and individualisation needed during the workouts but you also have the added benefit of the small group atmosphere.
The problem with large group sessions (8+ people to one coach), is that you do not receive the coaching attention that is needed. You can feel like you’re getting lost in the crowd and sometimes you’re not sure if you’re doing things correctly or not. This is why we limit our strength training sessions to 4 and our conditioning sessions to 6 people. It’s important to us that you have clarity and certainty that what you’re doing is correct for you.
Furthermore, SPT's group dynamic is an extremely powerful motivator. Exercising in a small group fosters camaraderie, support and friendly competition, spurring everyone to excel.
